These terms explain how Nesty handles family data and what you can expect when you use Nesty Parent, Nesty Child Tablet setup, and device management features.

Terms & Conditions

Use Nesty only for a family you manage. The parent account controls Nesty Parent family setup, Nesty Child Tablet rules, and the data shared inside the app.

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not sell your email address.
  • We do not sell your child's usage data to third parties.
  • We keep family data protected and deliver it back to you inside Nesty.

Privacy Policy

Nesty may process standard account, device, and service data needed to run the app, similar to the data commonly collected by Google-connected services. That data is used to provide Nesty Parent sign-in, family setup, Nesty Child Tablet device control, and related app features.

  • We only use the data needed to provide and improve the service.
  • We do not share child activity with unrelated third parties.
  • We keep family data safe and only surface it back to the family account that owns it.

Parent Consent & Child Data

Nesty is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent account is responsible for creating child profiles, linking Nesty Child Tablet devices, choosing rules, and deciding what child Android tablet activity Nesty should manage.

  • Child profiles may include names or nicknames, age bands, device assignments, schedules, app rules, website rules, KidTube channel settings, chores, reward balances, and device activity needed to run parental controls.
  • Nesty uses this information to enforce the rules the parent sets, sync family settings between Nesty Parent and Nesty Child Tablet devices, show the parent dashboard, troubleshoot setup, and improve reliability during beta.
  • Parents should not use Nesty for a child unless they have the right to manage that child's device and family settings.

Service Providers

Nesty relies on trusted infrastructure and payment providers to run the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

  • Firebase and Google Cloud are used for sign-in, family data, device sync, server functions, hosting, and operational logging.
  • Stripe is used for checkout, subscription status, payment method updates, billing history, taxes where required, and cancellation through the customer portal.
  • Android and Google services may provide device, sign-in, Play Services, billing, and operating-system functionality used by the app.

Retention, Export & Deletion

During beta, Nesty keeps family and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, support the family account, comply with billing or legal obligations, and debug reliability issues.

  • Parents can request help with account access, family data, billing questions, refunds, or deletion through Feedback in Nesty Parent.
  • Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete cloud family data or Stripe billing records. Sign in again with the same parent account to manage the subscription or send a request.
  • Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, billing, tax, security, or legal compliance even after a deletion request.

Beta Reliability & Support Data

Nesty is in beta, so parents may send feedback, screenshots, device details, or issue descriptions to help diagnose setup and reliability problems.

  • Feedback is used to support the family, prioritize fixes, improve onboarding, and understand tablet-specific issues.
  • Do not include sensitive information in Feedback unless it is needed to solve the issue.
  • If Nesty Parent cannot open, reinstall Nesty Parent from this site, sign in with the same parent account, then use Feedback or My subscription.

Subscription & Billing

Nesty beta subscriptions are sold through Stripe from Nesty Parent. The beta founding offer is $3.95 per month or $40 per year after a 1-month free trial, compared with the expected normal price of $8.95 per month or $107.40 per year.

  • A payment card is required to start the free trial.
  • Billing starts automatically after the trial unless you cancel first.
  • Early subscribers keep the founding discount for the life of their active subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel from My subscription in Nesty Parent.
  • Stripe may add taxes or local payment charges where required. The final amount is shown before you confirm checkout.
  • Billing history, card updates, and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal opened from My subscription.

Refunds & Support

You can cancel any time from My subscription in Nesty Parent. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period or free trial.

  • Refund requests are reviewed for billing mistakes, duplicate charges, failed access after payment, and any refund right required by law.
  • Use Feedback in Nesty Parent for beta issues, billing questions, refund requests, and support requests.
  • If you cannot open the app, return to this install site, reinstall Nesty, sign in with the same parent account, and use My subscription or Feedback.
